Pretty Love Fashion (PLF) understands that, as an online fashion shop you are unable to try on your outfit(s) before making a purchase.  Our Return/Exchange policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange, store credit nor refund.

PLF have created a flexible return option, to ensure your shopping experience with us is outstanding!  You may have had a change of mind or ordered the wrong size, to which we will automatically offer you an online store credit for the item, this will allow you the opportunity to pick something that is more suitable to your needs provided that the terms of the return policy are met.

Please note: Pretty Love Fashion will refund the method of payment for manufacturing faults only.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable; therefore, returning your item will be at your own expense (some exclusions may apply).

Return/Exchanging an item(s):

  • Return item(s) must be sent back to PLF within 10 days of receipt; Please note the following:
  • The cost of returning the item is your (customers) responsibility (some exclusions may apply)
  • The item is your (customers) responsibility up until the point PLF receives it

Helpful Tip: Our recommendation for your own protection is to use a delivery service that tracks and insures the value of your goods

  • If a return item is sent outside the above time-frame it will be at the discretion of a PLF team member to determine if it is accepted or not. If the return is accepted by PLF an automatic store credit will be provided minus the cost of shipping (-$9 for AUD)
  • Items must be sent back in original condition as defined below: ‘original condition’:
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unstained
  • Unperfumed
  • Original swing tags including Pretty Love Fashion swing tags and stickers still attached

Once PLF receives you’re return/exchange item, a thorough inspection of the garment will be conducted.  In the event your item has been returned to PLF and it is not returned in the above defined ‘original condition’ PLF will automatically return the item(s) to sender.  Once this item has been returned to the customer there will be no further negotiations as the condition of the garment does not comply with the above definition of ‘Original Condition’.

Helpful Tip: Our recommendation to you is that when you try on your garment, do so after a shower thus reducing the risk of transferring perfume, make up or deodorant onto the garment. In the event that a return is refused, the decision is final and not negotiable.

Please ensure that when you send back your item, you also send your receipt or ‘proof of purchase’ and any other relevant information back to PLF.

Due to hygienic reasons the following items will not be accepted as a return:

  • Hair accessories, earrings and hats
  • Opened make-up
  • Bodysuits, intimates and swimwear

 Pretty Loves Return Process

  • PLF will process returns within 5-10 business days of receiving your item depending on high volume periods
  • All returns will then be automatically be processed for an online store credit minus $9 for the cost of postage in Australia (other countries see international shipping prices)
  • If you elect to exchange your item, you will need to place a new order using the store credit on our site
  • Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email with the details of your online store credit and how to proceed from there

Please note:  In order to receive your store credit you must have/create an account with PLF

Sale Items

  • PLF does NOT accept Exchanges/Returns on sale items

Coupon Codes

Definition: A code that is provided to take a dollar ($) or percent (%) value off your purchase, be it a basket or product type when you go through the check out:

  • PLF will accept returns on an item that has had a coupon code applied
  • You will receive a store credit to the amount you paid for the item (not the full price of the item) minus $9 for the cost of postage in Australia (other countries see international shipping prices)
  • Coupon Codes allow for Free Shipping in Australia
  • No minimum or maximum spend is required unless stated otherwise
  • Coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon codes
  • Coupon codes do not apply to items on sale. Per-item coupons will only work if the item is not on sale. Per-basket coupons will only work if there are no sale items in the basket or unless stated otherwise)

Online Store Credit

  • Credit can only be used at
  • Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account
  • Online store credit must be treated like cash
  • Online store credit cannot be redeemed as cash nor can you get a cash advance
  • If your purchase amount exceeds the value of the online store credit you will be required to use an additional method of payment for the remaining balance that is outstanding
  • PLF store credit never expires (Happy Dance)
  • Online store credit is provided in Australian dollars (AUD)
  • Your use of store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms and Conditions
  • You can check your store credit balance by logging into your PLF account

Shipping Deductions

PLF only offers free shipping on your first purchase, once a return has been sent in we do not offer free shipping on subsequent purchases of credit from a return/exchange item. Below is an outline of the deductions that will be made on your return (online) store credit:

Standard Shipping only

Australia: $9

New Zealand: $9

All Other Countries: $25


International Returns

Please note the above RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY applies to all International returns/exchanges with the following additional requirements:

PLF understands that it takes longer to ship your item back to Australia, as per above: as long as the item(s) are shipped back within the 21 day period of your receipt you have nothing to worry about.

An automatic online store credit will be generated for the amount you paid for your purchase in Australian Dollars (AUD), excluding shipping cost.  You can use your online store credit to purchase a replacement item and then cover the cost of shipping using credit/debit card or PayPal through

IMPORTANT:  International returns that are not received in their original condition (as per above) will be held by Pretty Love Fashion until the return postage is paid or an alternative agreement has been reached.

Any refunds that are for manufacturing faults will be made as per the original method of payment.  However, refunds that exceed your payment amount will be refunded to you via Paypal for international payments.
