Where is Pretty Love Fashion located?
- Townsville, in beautiful Far North Queensland, Australia.
- As you can appreciate different computers have different screen resolutions therefore it is possible for colors to be vaguely different in real life. We try to ensure that all our images embody each garments true color and fit. When putting a description online we try to emphasize special features so you know you are getting what you are looking at.

- In the event you have not received an email confirmation for your order or tracking number, check your junk/spam folder. If there is no email at all please email us info@prettylovefashion.com so we can verify the email address originally provided. Once you have emailed us the correct address, we will resend your confirmation email.
- Once your item has been dispatched you will receive a tracking email, if it is not in your inbox, be sure to check your junk mail. If you still can’t see any tracking information 48 hours after delivery, please contact us info@prettylovefashion.com so we can investigate further
- The only time we offer a refund is when there is a manufacturing fault. If you believe you are eligible for a refund please contact us straight away info@prettylovefashion.com We do have a flexible Return Policy which allows a store credit; please take a moment to read out Return Policy for further information.
