Pretty Love Fashion (PLF) values the experience you have with us. Therefore, we want to ensure that the process is as simple as possible when making a purchase.  In order to do so a set of terms and conditions have been established to ensure you know what your rights are when making a purchase with PLF.

As our customer you must provide PLF with accurate and complete details when making a purchase at our online store. In the event you have provided Pretty Love Fashion with inaccurate or incomplete details we will not be held liable for any errors, this includes but is not limited to the delivery of your purchase.

Helpful Tip: In the event you provide inaccurate or incorrect information, please send us an email as a high priority and we will endeavour to rectify and update your information. If there is no email or call, we will not be held responsible for any errors as mentioned above.

Payment of Purchase

Payment of purchase will be made at the checkout once you have completed your shopping. Once your order has been successfully submitted an automated email will be sent notifying you that the order has been received and payment is being processed.  Once payment has been authorised and cleared, your order will be packaged up and sent to your designated mailing address.

Pretty Love Fashion has the authority to accept of decline a sale even if payment has been made.  In the event your order has been declined, we will send you an email of notification advising so.  Pretty Love Fashion will refund the full amount paid via the original payment method.  Once an order has been declined this decision is final and not up for negotiations.

By making a purchase with Pretty Love Fashion, you are acknowledging and accepting these Terms and Conditions.

Pretty Love ensures all the data that has been collected will be stored safely and securely on our servers.

Pretty Love Fashion will always endeavor to protect your personal information. However, no system is 100% secure; therefore, we cannot ensure 100% security anymore than other online business or organisation. In the event there is a security breach, PLF cannot and will not assume liability for loss or theft of any personal information.

Personal Information Disclosure
PLF may obtain your personal information from external entities such as retail brands or suppliers whose goods and services are provided to our online boutique. This may also consist of other agents or vendors who assist you on our behalf.

If you have provided a resume for an opportunity of employment with PLF, we will contact your nominated referees, provided you have given us authority to do so.

If deemed necessary in extreme circumstances there maybe exceptions to disclose personal information; in order to prevent a potential threat to one’s life; or for the purpose of law enforcement investigations.

If a team member at PLF suspects unlawful activities/behavior the personal information that you have provided on submission of your purchase may be subject to anti-fraud checks. This information may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, who may keep a record of that data. This will only be done to confirm true identity for security and protection purposes.

Breach of Privacy
If you believe for any reason your privacy has been breached, please contact the team at Pretty Love immediately, [email protected] so that any issues can be resolved and analysis can be conducted to determine what may have caused the breach to ensure the Privacy of all our customers.

Communication and Marketing
PLF provides you the option to subscribe to our promotional emails when you create an account or sign up to our V.I.P emailing list. At any point in time you can opt out from receiving our emails, simply by selecting unsubscribe on the email or logging into your account and unsubscribing.

Cookies, Computer Tracking & Statistics
Pretty Love does not track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. However, our site has been designed to log non-identifying usage of data to determine how many people access our site and what purchases have been made. This statistical data will ultimately enable us to provide a higher level of service to our customer and visitors.

Return/Exchange Policy

Pretty Love Fashion (PLF) understands that being an online fashion shop you are unable to try on your gorgeous outfit(s) before making a purchase.

Therefore, Team Pretty has created a flexible return option, so we can ensure your shopping experience with us is outstanding!  You may have had a change of heart, selected the wrong colour or size, to which we will automatically offer you an online store credit for the item, this will allow you the opportunity to pick something that is more suitable to your chic needs.

Please note: Pretty Love Fashion will happily refund the method of payment for manufacturing faults only.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable; therefore, returning your item will be at your own expense.

Return/Exchanging an item(s):

  •   Return item(s) must be sent back to PLF within 14 days of receipt; Please note the following:
    • The cost of returning the item is your (customers) responsibility
    • The item is your (customers) responsibility up until the point PLF receives it

Helpful Tip: Our recommendation for your own protection is to use a delivery service that tracks and insures the value of your goods

  • If a return item is sent outside the above time-frame it will be the discretion of a PLf team member to determine if it is accepted or not.  If the return is accepted by PLF an automatic store credit will be provided minus the cost of shipping (-$9 for Aus)
  • Items must be sent back in original condition as defined below:
    ‘original condition’:

    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • Unstained
    • Unperfumed
    • Original swing tags including Pretty Love swing tags and stickers attached

Once PLF receives you’re return/exchange item a thorough inspection of the garment will be conducted.  In the event your item has been returned to PLF and it is not returned in the above defined ‘original condition’ PLF will automatically return the item(s) to sender.  Once this item has been returned to the customer there will be no further negotiations as the condition of the garment does not comply with the above definition of ‘Original Condition’.

Helpful Tip: Our recommendation to you is that when you try on your garment, do so after a shower thus reducing the risk of transferring perfume, make up or deodorant onto the garment. In the event that a return is refused, the decision is final and not negotiable.

Please ensure that when you send back your item, you also send your Return Form and relevant information back to Pretty Love.

Due to hygienic reasons the following items will not be accept as a return:

  • Hair accessories, earrings and hats
  • Opened make-up
  • Bodysuits, intimates and swimwear


Pretty Loves Return Process

  • PLF will process returns within 5-10 business days of receiving your item depending on high volume periods
  • All returns will automatically be processed for an online store credit minus $9 for the cost of postage in Australia (other countries see international shipping prices)
  • If you elect to exchange your item, you will need to place a new order using the store credit on our site
  • Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email with the details of your online store credit and how to proceed from there

Please note:  In order to receive your store credit you must have/create an account with PLF

Sale Items

  •  PLF does NOT accept Exchanges/Returns on sale items

Coupon Codes

Definition: A code that is provided to take a dollar ($) or percent (%) value off your purchase, be it a basket or product type when you go through the check out:

  • PLF will accept returns on an item that has had a coupon code applied
  • You will receive a store credit to the amount you paid for the item (not the full price of the item) minus $9 for the cost of postage in Australia (other countries see international shipping prices)
  • Coupon Codes allow for Free Shipping in Australia
  • No minimum or maximum spend is required unless stated otherwise
  • Coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon codes
  • Coupon codes do not apply to items on sale. Per-item coupons will only work if the item is not on sale. Per-basket coupons will only work if there are no sale items in the basket or unless stated otherwise)

Online Store Credit

  •  Credit can only be used at
  •  Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account
  •  Online store credit must be treated like cash
  •  Online store credit can not be redeemed as cash nor can you get a cash advance
  •  If your purchase amount exceeds the value of the online store credit you will be required to use an additional    method of payment for the remaining balance that is outstanding
  •  PLF store credit never expires (Happy Dance)
  •  Online store credit is provided in Australian dollars (AUD)
  •  Your use of store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms and Conditions
  •  You can check your store credit balance by logging into your PLF account

Shipping Deductions

PLF only offers free shipping on your first purchase, once a return has been sent in we do not offer free shipping on subsequent purchases of credit from a return/exchange item. Below is an outline of the deductions that will be made on your return (online) store credit:

New Zealand: $15
USA, Canada, Mexico and Asia Pacific: $15
South & Central America: $15
Europe: $15
All Other Countries: $15

International Returns

Please note the above RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY applies to all International returns/exchanges with the following additional requirements:

PLF understands that it takes longer to ship your item back to Australia, as per above: as long as the item(s) are shipped back within the 21 day period of your receipt you have nothing to worry about.

An automatic online store credit will be generated for the amount you paid for your purchase, excluding shipping cost.  You can use your online store credit to purchase a replacement item and then cover the cost of shipping using credit/debit card or PayPal through

IMPORTANT:  International returns that are not received in their original condition (as per above) will be held by Pretty Love Fashion until the return postage is paid or an alternative agreement has been reached.

Any refunds that are for manufacturing faults will be made as per the original method of payment.  However, refunds that exceed your payment amount will be refunded to you via Paypal for international payments.

Shipping Policy

Pretty Love Fashion offers FREE express shipping in beautiful Australia when you spend $50 or more!

Yes, you read right FREE express shipping when you spend $50 or more, this includes sales items!   Your order will then be shipped from North Qld via Australia Post at NO additional charges to you!

Please note:  SALE items are NOT included and will be charged at a flat rate fee of $9 if you spend less then $50.

To confirm if you fall within Australia Post’s Next Day Business Delivery Network within QLD, please click HERE.

Purchases that are sent outside of QLD can take up to 2-5 business days to arrive, please click HERE to determine when you’re purchase may arrive, keep in mind that these are only estimates and may arrive sooner.

Every order that is submitted to PLF is a priority to us and we always endeavour to have your order processed as quickly as possible.  However, during high volume periods; there may be a slight delay of up to 48hrs.

  • If you place your order before 10am on weekdays, your order will ship out that day – however, if we are in a high volume periods it will be the following business day
  • Purchases that are made on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day

PLF has entrusted Australia Post with your parcel and do everything we can to ensure it gets to you on time. However, any unforeseen delays that Australia Post may experience (this doesn’t happen often at all) is out of our control and we take no responsibility for their delays.

Important:  Western Australia and rural locations, express shipping may take up to 2-7 business days.

  • Once your order has been placed with PLF an automated confirmation email will be sent to your email address
  • When your parcel has been dispatched with Australia Post an email will be sent with the relevant details to track your parcel. If you cannot see an email in your inbox, please check your Junk mail

Helpful tip: In the event you have not received a confirmation email from PLF or Australia Post, please email us at [email protected] as the incorrect email may have been submitted therefore we will need to correct this information straight away.


  •  PLF does not take into account delays that are caused by payment authorisation
  •  PLF intends to dispatch your purchase within 24 hours, with the exception of high volume periods, which may  cause a delay of 48 hours
  •  All delivery timeframes are to be used as a guide only
  •  PLF does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to goods which occurs in transit
  •  If you are not at the delivery address to accept your package, Australia Post will leave a card in your mail box  advising the location of your local Post Office, so you can pick up your package
  •  In the event you have not received your package within 7 business days of submitting your order, please email  [email protected] with your full name and Order Number, we will follow up on it immediately

International Shipping

PLF offers FREE standard international shipping on all orders over $200! Orders that are under $200 will be charged at a flat rate shipping fee (see fees below).

Whilst the team at PLF endeavours to get your order sent out in the allocated timeframes we cannot guarantee exact dates of delivery.

The information below is an estimation of when you may expect your parcel to arrive.

PLF have entrusted Australia Post for all standard and express shipping for international orders.  The option for international express delivery is available upon finalising your purchase; you can select express international shipping for the additional rates which are listed below.

Express Shipping

In the event that you have not received your express parcel within 5-10 business days we can only assume it is delayed due to customs. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays made by the Couriers and or Customs.

As you can appreciate we do what we can to avoid Custom duties and taxes on international orders.  However, if an international consignment(s) attracts custom duties or taxes, you are required to pay all duties and taxes on your order.
